iOS 18.3: Upgraded Visual Intelligence for iPhone 16 Users

With the iOS 18.3 update, Apple introduces new Visual Intelligence features exclusively for iPhone 16 models. Once the update is installed, users can use the Camera Control Visual Intelligence option to scan a poster or flyer and instantly add an event to the Calendar app.
Using this feature, you can plan events without manually entering details. No matter if it’s a concert or meeting, and no matter if it is a community event, you can save the information very easily and quickly. Adding this update to the iPhone makes it even more useful and convenient.

New Visual Intelligence Features iOS 18.3: Event Planning and Real-Time Nature Identification

The ability to add an event to the Calendar using Visual Intelligence was a feature Apple promised when introducing Camera Control, and it will be available in iOS 18.3. To use this, view a document like a poster with a date and tap on the date when the feature appears in the Visual Intelligence interface.
The update also brings a new feature for identifying plants and animals using Visual Intelligence. While the Photos app has previously allowed users to get information about plants, animals, and insects through the editing interface, Camera Control will now offer this functionality in real time.
When you look at a plant or animal, you might see a bubble you can tap on to identify it. Tapping the bubble gives you more detailed information. This feature makes the iPhone useful for learning about nature and exploring your surroundings.
